Theses about Philosophy and the Russian Philosophy

Voprosy filosofii i psikhologii, 2017, 4(1): 4-10.
DOI: 10.13187/vfp.2017.1.4CrossRef

In article distinction ontic and ontologic is analyzed and the conclusion that everything belongs to an order of the real that becomes in itself, without participation of the person is drawn. And everything belongs to an order of life that becomes of own will the person. In the first case the reason lies in things, in the second – in consciousness of the person. Opening of the unconscious dissolved life in real and opened the horizon of understanding of philosophy as anthropology. From the point of view of anthropology, life is an existence of the person at the moment when it is more than himself. In article it is noted that the Russian philosophy initially exists outside ontology, it exists as anthropology. The modern Russian philosophy tries to grope for itself the soil, on the one hand, in vanguard, and on the other hand – in religious philosophy. If all classical European philosophy believed that «I» equal to itself, the Russian philosophy, starting with the P. Florensky, the thought of discrepancy «I» with itself establishes. From this it follows that the world exists not as logical process, and as absurdity. Absurdity, according to the author, it is impossible to state in language, he speaks dumbness, in silence.

The Problem of Scientific Method in the Logical Positivism

Voprosy filosofii i psikhologii, 2017, 4(1): 11-34.
DOI: 10.13187/vfp.2017.1.11CrossRef

Logical positivism is one of the leading areas of philosophy and methodology of science of the XX century. This is the third stage of the evolution of positivism, which replaced its second stage, represented empiriocriticism Mach and conventionalism of Poincare. In contrast the first positivism (Comte, John. St. Mill, G. Spencer), representatives of the second positivism believed that there is not only the logic of the discovery of scientific laws and theories, but also the logic of justification and adoption. They believed that the process of invited of scientific hypotheses, and the process of their adoption is not governed by the rules (methods) of logic, that both of these cognitive processes are psychological and creative. Logical positivism (B. Russell, L. Wittgenstein, R. Carnap, H. Reichenbach and others) appeared in the wake of the successful development of mathematical logic. The program of its application to the analysis of the structure and dynamics of scientific knowledge was the main purpose of the methodology of logical positivism as a new program of the philosophy of science. The logical positivists agree with the fact that there is no opening of the scientific laws and theories of logic, that the nomination of scientific hypotheses is to a large extent a creative and psychological process. But they believed that it is possible to build an ideal model of a logical structure of scientific theory and assessment from the viewpoint the model structure of real scientific theories according to their proximity to the ideal model. Secondly, they believed that it is possible the reconstruction of the logical process of confirmation of scientific laws and theories of facts and calculate the degree of such confirmation. The knowledge this extent should be a rational reason to choice the best of competing hypotheses. This part of the epistemological program of logical positivism was named as “neoinduktivism”. Its implementation is anticipated the possibility of constructing a probabilistic inductive logic and its application to the evaluation of the degree of confirmation of the actual scientific hypotheses and theories. The article shows that none of the stated objectives of the methodological program of logical positivism was not achieved, that the structure of scientific knowledge and the process of verification and acceptance by scientists of scientific theories and hypotheses can not to be reconstructed (modeled) by purely logical means, that these cognitive structures and processes are not purely logical, and that require for their adequate description of a more complex categorical language than the language of logic.

The Theory of Political Anthropology: Between Geographical Determinism and Ethnic Psychology

Voprosy filosofii i psikhologii, 2017, 4(1): 35-47.
DOI: 10.13187/vfp.2017.1.35CrossRef

The article analyses theoretical and methodological basis for research in the field of political anthropology. The author offers his own concept of the theoretical design of this specific discipline. There is offered for the first time a comprehensive integrative understanding of the political anthropology on the basis of synthetic generalization methods of political science, psychology, sociology, linguistics, socio-cultural anthropology and economics. The author's vision of this unique synthetic generalization is based on a high evaluation of the role of political tradition. For V.M. Melnyk, the main subject of political anthropology — is the role of psychological traditions of the historical process in the development of modern political culture. For the author of political anthropology is the science about tradition and its implementation in the process of political activity. Viktor Melnyk highlights the three sections of the political anthropology: political anthropology of state organisms, the political anthropology of ethnic organisms and the political anthropology of law. The author believes that his approach will allow to interpret political anthropology not only as a promising area of research, but also as a powerful ideological ground.

About Disappearance of a Phenomenon of «Human» in the Modern World

Voprosy filosofii i psikhologii, 2017, 4(1): 48-54.
DOI: 10.13187/vfp.2017.1.48CrossRef

In article disappearance of a phenomenon of « person » in the modern world is analyzed. The author distinguishes two traditions of understanding of this event. One is inherent in the European philosophy, another – the Russian philosophy. In the European philosophy the concept of death of the person is under construction on idea of removal of opposition «world – person». The person dissipates in the world that promises new prospects and new experience. The Russian philosophy proceeds from idea of otherness of the person concerning the world. The tendency to search of the third terms, neutral to ontologic and anthropological oppositions is alien to it. To European representation that the person is succeeded by the post-person, the author in the spirit of the Russian philosophical tradition opposes new understanding of idea of death of the person. Distinguishing consciousness and subjectivity, the author concludes about that, the death of the person should be understood as disappearance of consciousness, that is a subjectivity form, but not as subjectivity elimination.

Ethical and Aesthetic Aspects of Ecological Culture

Voprosy filosofii i psikhologii, 2017, 4(1): 55-62.
DOI: 10.13187/vfp.2017.1.55CrossRef

The article addresses the ecological problem of the modern society. Today’s sociogenesis actualizes the environmental problem, putting forward the demand for improving the inner world of people. Not only the law, but also ethical and aesthetic education and upbringing play important role in nature protection. In conditions of standardization and centralization, people do not always perceive the integrity of nature in its interaction with society. Ethics is also dedicated to regulate the attitude of man to the world around him. And the integrity of the personality depends on harmony with being; one of its dimensions is the natural one. Environmental ethics must be inherent in a whole-hearted person. The meaning of environmental ethics is to put the highest values of man over the value of nature-based ethics as such, without rejecting its values.
